Pick-Up & Plating:
1) In a saute pan, reduce chicken stock to glaze and add butter.
2) Add the meatballs and glaze with glacage
3) On a ____ plate, place 1 oz of Piquillo Sauce and spread circular
4) Place 3 meatballs in 1 layer on top of sauce and 1 single meatball on top of the three making a pyramid.
5) Top with chopped parsley and malden salt, serve immediately.
