SAUCE, REMOULADE

SAUCE REMOULADE yield: 8 qts

Ingredients:

Remuélade

2 gl mayonnaise 
1.75 cup Cornichon
1.75   cup capers 
½ cup Dijon mustard 
3  oz lemon juice 
1 oz cornichon vinegar 
6 oz champagne vinegar

Method:
1) Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
