1 ea butter, room temp in a ramekin
PLATE – Large Round SVB w SVB napkin with a pocket fold
Toast both sides sourdough on plancha with clarified butter. Cut in half on bias and place into the pocket of napkin shingled all facing the same directions (bias cut end tucked in the napkin) serve with ramekin of butter on plate
